PROFESSIONAL PROFILE

Education: Degree in Mining Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.

Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Senior Mine Planner in underground mining.

Software expertise: Advanced proficiency in Vulcan, Minesight, and Datamine.
-
Scope: Experienced in short-, medium-, and long-term mine planning.

Reports to: Superintendent of Services.
EXPERIENCE & RESPONSIBILITIES

Plan short-, medium-, and long-term mine production.
-
Design mine preparation plans, including:
-
Production ramps
-
Mine deepening ramps
-
Ventilation raises (inside and outside ore blocks)
-
Stopes for long-hole mining systems (both longitudinal and transverse to the vein).

Design drilling templates and sections for the mining system.
-
Plan long-hole drilling (15m narrow veins).
-
Calculate mineral reserves.
